We are delighted to announce that three members of Chambers have been appointed as Recorders in the public list, which was published this morning, on the advice of the Lord Chancellor and the Lady Chief Justice.
Matthew Fiddy, Aadhithya Anbahan, and David Outterside will commence their judicial duties this year whilst maintaining their practices at the Bar.
Matthew Fiddy (called 2011) is a family law specialist who deals with public and private law children cases. He has been appointed to sit in Family on the Northern Circuit.
Aadhithya Anbahan (called 2015) is a housing law specialist. She has been appointed to sit in Crime on the Midland Circuit.
David Outterside (called 2004) is a criminal specialist and a Door Tenant. He has been appointed to sit in Crime on the Midland Circuit.
