Commercial Arbitration
St Ives Chambers are delighted to offer assistance in arbitrations.
Arbitration allows parties to obtain a final binding determination from a jointly instructed arbitrator without having to go through the Court process. Arbitration can often provide a more cost-effective and quicker means to resolving a dispute. Parties can even choose to limit the issues or disclosure made available to the arbitrator and request that the arbitrator rule on a specific issue. This in particular can save a great deal of time and expense if the issue in question is likely to determine the outcome of the wider case. Unlike Court proceedings this is a private and confidential process.
St Ives Chambers has newly refurbished facilities available to host all parties for mediations and arbitrations as well as remote connection capability.
