Since graduating from university in 2017, Timothy has developed extensive experience in housing law, acting for both landlords and tenants across London and, more recently, across the Midlands. He has represented clients in a wide range of housing matters, including all types of possession proceedings, homelessness applications and appeals, anti-social behaviour injunctions, and housing disrepair claims.
He also has significant experience in cases involving vulnerable parties, including matters where the court must consider issues of capacity.
Timothy accepts instructions across the full range of housing law matters. His experience acting for both landlords and tenants enables him to provide balanced, practical advice and effective representation.
Before pursuing a career at the Bar, Timothy qualified as a carpenter and joiner and later served in the Royal Marines. Outside practice, he is a keen golfer and an active member of both the Inner Temple and Bar Golfing Societies.
