Siân Waldron

Siân is regularly instructed on behalf of parents, children via their Guardians, and family members. Siân appears at all court levels, dealing with the full range of cases, including those involving:

• All applications under the Children Act 1989 and Family Law Act 1996. 
• Fact finding hearings involving allegations of serious domestic abuse, coercive and controlling behaviour, sexual abuse, and serious injuries to children. 
• Parental alienation and intractable contact disputes. 
• Forced marriage and female genital mutilation  
• International/jurisdiction issues, including abduction and relocation.

Siân is regularly instructed on behalf of local authorities, respondent parents, the children via their Guardian, and intervenors. This allows her to see each case from all angles. 

Siân appears at all court levels, dealing with the full range of cases, including those involving: 

• Child death (including murder)
• Unexplained injuries at all levels of seriousness, including brain and life-changing injuries to the child   
• Fabricated and induced illness
• Child sexual exploitation
• Allegations of sexual, physical, psychological and emotional abuse and chronic neglect 
• Cases with international and/or jurisdictional issues, including abduction 

Siân is particularly experienced at representing vulnerable clients and children, including those with capacity/mental health issues.
