Milo has a criminal practice comprised of both prosecution and defence work.
Milo has a personal and pragmatic approach with client and is always thoroughly prepared when turning up to court to fight his clients’ cases. He strives to provide robust and valuable advice to clients whilst ensuring that they are listened to.
In addition, he is a CPS Grade 2 prosecutor and has successfully prosecuted a variety of Crown Court trials including offences of grievous bodily harm and burglary. Milo is regularly instructed for a variety of prosecution work and seeks to adopt a hands-on approach when presented with cases that are at various stages in proceedings.
Milo has a busy defence practice and regularly appears in the Crown Court to defend clients at all stages of proceedings. He has represented clients in Crown Court trials for different offences, including violence and sexual assault.
Milo has appeared in the Court of appeal on behalf of the Crown and to Defend. He has also undertaken Youth Court work.
