Michelle has particular strength and expertise in cases involving complex medical issues and in those involving vulnerable adults with severe mental health illness or personality disorders.
Michelle has a wealth of experience in the most complex of cases involving;
- The death, or serious injury of children (with particular interest in head injuries)
- Sexual abuse of children (including acting for children both as victims and alleged perpetrators)
- Poisoning cases (including cases involving insulin poisoning)
- Fabricated/Induced Illness (FII)

- Discharge of placement and adoption orders (including acting for the local authority and parents)
