Overview

Mark practises exclusively in family law and specialises in matters relating to children. He has a busy practice and a reputation for providing excellent client care and being thoroughly prepared. Mark aims to provide realistic and pragmatic advice whilst always being prepared to fight his client’s case. 

Mark has completed the Family Law Bar Association’s vulnerable witness training and has experience both representing and cross-examining vulnerable witnesses and parties.

Specialist Profiles

Mark is a care specialist and regularly appears in lengthy and complex proceedings. He undertakes cases involving the most serious of allegations including the death of a child, brain injuries, inflicted injuries, FII/perplexing presentations and inter-familial sexual abuse. Mark is regularly led by Kings Counsel. He is adept at distilling vast quantities of information, including historical social services records and mobile phone data.
