Mark Baldwin

Mark is a CEDR-accredited mediator specialising in civil disputes. Mark is passionate about mediation and, with twenty years of client-facing experience as a litigator before qualifying as a mediator, Mark understands the needs of those around the table.

Mark’s approachable manner and litigation experience allows him to quickly build rapport with the parties, whilst also equipping him to challenge and ask difficult questions in order to keep mediations moving forwards.

Mark spent 15 years as a solicitor advocate in law firms across Warwickshire and Northamptonshire, during which time he gained experience in a wide range of Tribunals and Courts up to the Court of Appeal.
