Following successful completion of her common law pupillage in October 2025, Leoni’s practice is quickly developing due to her charismatic and confident personality, quality client care and pragmatic resolution-based approach. Leoni maintains a busy and diverse court practice within business and property litigation, financial remedies, private family matters, and all aspects of housing law.
Leoni receives regular and repeat instruction for cases at their earliest stages through to final hearings and is a reliable advocate, adopting a robust and clinical approach at court whilst maintaining a friendly and reliable manner with clients.
Leoni has developed a steady family practice, particularly within Private Children Act proceedings. She is experienced in managing complex matters and seeing cases through to successful final orders, consistently achieving excellent outcomes for both clients and solicitors.
During her pupillage, Leoni spent three months under the supervision of the Head of Business & Property. She is regularly instructed as junior on cases including commercial tortious matters, insolvency proceedings at the RCJ, and varied contractual breaches.
Leoni is a qualified mediator and is Public Access Certified, enabling her to take direct access instructions. Prior to joining St Ives, Leoni obtained a first-class law degree, served as Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Director for Derbyshire Football Association, worked as an interim university lecturer, and managed property portfolios.
