Overview
Holly is a well-recommended barrister who practices exclusively in family law, specialising in matters relating to children.
Holly is experienced in representing local authorities, parents, children and other interested parties in both public and private family law. She has a busy practice and her approach is built on a foundation of being meticulously prepared, providing realistic and empathetic advice to clients whilst robustly arguing their cases.

Holly Hilbourne-Gollop was led by Timothy Bowe KC, representing the children. The case was a combined fact-find and welfare hearing regarding allegations of sexual abuse of two half-siblings.

Holly Hilbourne-Gollop was led by Matthew Maynard in the Court of Appeal. The decision, which was an appeal against findings made by a Deputy High Court Judge in care proceedings, addresses the principle of sufficient adequacy of judicial reasoning underpinning findings of sexual abuse.
