Following the completion of his Common Law pupillage, George practices in Financial Remedies and in Civil Litigation.
George acts for parties in Financial Remedy Proceedings. He has experience of working in cases involving businesses, foreign assets, trusts of land and other intervenor claims. Being both a Family and Civil Law practitioner, George is keen to develop a practice involving TLATA and Schedule 1 proceedings.
George has acted in TLATA cases up to and including trials. In his TLATA practice, he accepts instructions in both domestic cohabitation and resulting trust cases.
In his Civil practice, George appears in the companies winding up list in the Rolls Building, representing companies who face winding up petitions acting through the Company and Insolvency Scheme. Through Advocate, he has worked on a TLATA case where the Trustee in Bankruptcy were involved. George accepts instructions to represent clients at interim hearings in a broad range of civil matters.
Alongside his practice, George is completing the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) course offered by the University of Law with a view to developing his probate practice.
