Overview

David specialises exclusively in Criminal Law. He has prosecuted and defended in all types of cases for in excess of 35 years. Now, as he heads towards retirement, David is no longer accepting instructions to conduct trials. However, he continues to have a busy practice prosecuting and defending other types of hearings including plea and trial preparation hearings and sentences.

David remains committed to providing exceptional client care. He is universally respected on Circuit, and is well known for his persuasive and effective court manner.

He has prosecuted numerous serious multi-defendant cases
Has recently led Rebecca Wade in two multi-handed drugs conspiracies on behalf of the International Justice and Organised Crime Division of the CPS
