Anthony Finch

In the Private Law children field, he conducts cases involving disputed Child Arrangements Orders, and also children that have been exposed to alienating behaviours. He regularly appears for Guardians appointed pursuant to Rule 16.4 FPR 2010.

In Public Law children matters, his particular interest lies in complex cases of a serious nature, including child death, allegations of serious physical injury, sexual abuse and factitious illness. He represents local authorities, parents, intervenors and children.

Anthony undertakes the full range of financial cases including TOLATA, Schedule 1 and Inheritance Act claims. He is regularly involved in cases involving expert evidence, complicated business issues, farms and third-party interests. He is instructed in high-net-worth cases.

Anthony is a skilled inquest advocate. He has experience of appearing in inquests before juries, and is instructed often in matters involving child deaths, deaths in care homes and hospital deaths.
