St Ives presents a masterclass to explore how to get the best out of mediations for your clients.

Since October 2024, the court’s general powers of case management include the jurisdiction to “order the parties to engage in alternative dispute resolution”. In multi track cases, judges must consider ordering the parties to engage in ADR. Therefore, it is more important than ever for dispute resolution professionals to be familiar with the best way of managing the mediation process.

The event will be hosted by Tom Russell and Priya Tromans. Between them, they have over two decades of mediation experience as well as a passion for excellence in dispute resolution.
