Join us for our 2026 Family Finances Conference, taking place on Thursday 26 November 2026 at Conference Aston, Birmingham!
Bringing together leading family law and financial professionals, this popular annual event offers expert insight into the latest developments in family finances, practical guidance on key issues affecting practitioners, and valuable opportunities to connect with colleagues across the sector. The programme features a keynote address from HHJ Picken, alongside sessions on trusts, business valuations, case law updates, and a mock FDR session viewed from the Judge’s perspective.
A change to previous years, due to demand we are now running a full day conference focussing exclusively on Divorce and Financial Remedies. We have also moved to a new venue, and we will be hosted by the modern and spacious conference facilities at Aston University.
To those of you keen to also be kept up to date on the developments in law relating to Private Law Children and Family Act matters, we will be planning to run an additional full day conference for those proceedings in Spring 2027, and we will provide details for that in due course.
