Tom Russell

Tom trained as a civil and commercial mediator in 2007. Since then, he has been lead mediator on over 200 occasions.

Tom is passionate about the benefits of mediation. He ensures that the process is comfortable for clients and strives to search for the deep-rooted emotional causes of each dispute.  This enables Tom to help clients find creative and positive outcomes.
