– All applications under the Children Act 1989 and Family Law Act 1996.
– Fact finding hearings involving allegations of serious domestic abuse, coercive and controlling behaviour, sexual abuse, and serious injuries to children.
– Parental alienation and intractable contact disputes.
– Forced marriage and female genital mutilation
– International/jurisdiction issues, including abduction and relocation.
