Overview

Katherine commenced her pupillage with Chambers in October 2024.

 

Prior to pupillage, Katherine worked as an Assistant Advocate at Browne Jacobson, working on cases for a government regulator, prosecuting misconduct matters including serious offences against children. Within this role she also assisted local councils with anti-social behaviour possession hearings and approval hearings involving children and protected parties.

 

Katherine also worked as a paralegal dealing with private law children matters, as a County Court advocate representing clients at in-chambers civil hearings and as a Legal Services Assistant in an Employment Law Department where she assisted in significant Supreme Court cases such as O’Brien v Ministry of Justice and Miller v Ministry of Justice.

 

Katherine is currently undertaking her first six-months of her specialist family pupillage.

  • London Metropolitan University – LLB Law – Upper Second Class (2017)
  • Open University – Foundation Law – Pass (2014)
