Eve Horren
Chambers and its members are regulated by the Bar Standards Board.
Eve accepts instructions on behalf of parents, children and intervenors in all aspects of public law proceedings from urgent hearings to final hearings as well as cases which have a cross over with private law proceedings. She also has experience of cases with forced marriage applications and where the Court of Protection overlaps with care proceedings.
Eve often represents parents with significant cognitive and learning difficulties. She represents such clients with patience and sensitivity. Eve has worked on cases involving sensitive cultural and religious aspects. She is able to build a good working rapport quickly.

- Safe lives training course completed 22/23- able to take on QLR work

- Member of Advocate and previously Pro bono Champion at Cobden House Chambers
- Mentor to students from local universities in the north west
- Mentor at HerBar
- Speaker at the Liverpool Law Society Financial Remedies Conference 2023.
