Background:

Sarah has a growing housing law practice and is known for her thorough preparation of all cases that she undertakes.  She receives regular instructions from local authority landlords, housing associations and those acting for tenants in a range of matters.   The range of work undertaken includes anti-social behaviour injunctions, committal proceedings, possession proceedings and injunctions relating to the misuse of gas and electricity.

Sarah is actively involved in providing training in all areas of Housing and Property Law, most notably as a speaker at chambers' annual Housing Law Conference.

Sarah is also available for advisory work and drafting at all stages of proceedings.
