Matthew Haynes undertakes all aspects of landlord and tenant (business and residential), as well as housing law. His housing work includes anti-social behaviour, disrepair, unlawful eviction, and harassment. His property work includes boundary disputes, adverse possession, easements and restrictive covenants. He has represented clients in the First Tier Property Chamber and its predecessors relating to issues of adverse possession and other issues of land ownership, as well as construction of leases.
