Marcus receives instructions on behalf of RSL's, local authorities and tenants. His practice is predominantly ASB based covering possession, committal and injunction hearings; in addition to homelessness matters.

Before joining the Bar, Marcus worked for a variety of legal charities and organisations. During this time he gained considerable experience representing appellants in the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal. He also drafted applications to the ECHR and was exposed to a broad range of EU and ECHR case law.
