Tom receives instructions across a wide spectrum of public and private proceedings. Tom represents Local Authorities, Parents and Children in proceedings from the Magistrates Court to the High Court. Tom has experience in cases involving serious allegations of domestic abuse, non-accidental injury and hotly contested private law proceedings.
Tom regularly acts in multiple day fact-find and welfare hearings. He is particularly praised for his commanding presence at court and his calming and reassuring manner towards lay clients.
