Background:

In his second six James has successfully applied for Non Molestation Orders in the family court. He has also undertaken work on occupation orders.

James is keen to develop a practice in family law and is able to accept instructions commensurate with his year of call.

Further Information:

James spent his first six months of pupillage with Sarah Pritchard involved in hearings dealing with serious public law childcare issues in both fact finding and welfare hearings.

He has also spent time during his first six months with junior members on private law family matters.
